Not a place to stay for single moms. I was overcharged massively and during my check in no one even confirmed any pricing with me. The parking? What a serious joke. This is a more expensive place to stay, I usually stay in cheaper places and I will continue to do that from now on lol

The room was clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful The responded to any request quickly. The pool is well maintained and our granddaughter loves swimming in it. We stay their twice a year when traveling to and from Northern B,C. The only problem was the toilet ran continually all night and was noisy

We had a generally positive experience with the hotel, appreciating the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. However, we were disappointed by the closure of the hotel restaurant during our stay. Additionally, while we understand that the hotel strives for good security, our friends' truck was unfortunately broken into, resulting in stolen items. Due to this incident, we would likely not choose to stay at this location again in the future. Despite these issues, we found the hotel staff to be excellent and very accommodating.

Change the pillows please. That is the only drawback. Everything was perfect and seamless. The location is good, staff is friendly. Checkin usually is very quick. Very quite and clean rooms. Have stayed around 10 times during the last 2 years and looking forward to may more during the years to come.

On the first night I had to move to 4 different rooms due to varying things being broken in the rooms. On the third night, my key card wouldn't work at the parking lot leading me to go back to the hotel to pick up a new key. On the day of my checkout, my car was towed from a Ramada parking stall. I went back to the hotel room to call the staff and the phone wasn't working. The only good part of this visit was the staff. I've been to this hotel 3 times now and this was such stark difference from all other visits; I'm utterly disappointed.

Worst experience first time with Ramada in PG. I stayed for 4 nights and one day in the middle of the night fire alarm were ON and ask for evacuate. And after 3 hours we checked again in the hotel due to this my next day were spoiled ( sleepless night)

There was a bomb threat! They evacuated the premises. We were out until early morning.
I understand it wasn’t the hotels fault.
However, I do think there should have been some kind of compensation.
